The home was built in 1890 by a prominent banker, Mr. Rosenbaum for his two
spinster daughters. An addition was added in the mid 1900's. Only five families owned the home until it was converted into a Bed and Breakfast. The Historical Society has retained photographs of the home surrounded by cornfields with the carriage house across the street.
Today, the house has three upstairs bedrooms with one full bath. Each room is decorated in
Victorian civil war era.
You may also enjoy French doors, original moldings, the Rosenbaum dining room, the Parlor with the
sette grouping true to the original owner.
View the Harry Potter room for naughty children. This room is a haven for grandchildren.
In the back you will find a deck and patio, and in the front a porch swing and seating. A large fenced
in yard with a hammock and places to sit in the garden.
This is a recommended stay for

Your Hostess, Sue Vorwald, invites you to preview the
